I backed Carmie through Ubuntu Capital as an angel investor and technical advisor, drawn to a young Ugandan team digitising everyday life for ordinary motorists. He supports the founders on product development and growth.

Commodity Plus is the intelligence and compliance layer for African commodity trade, helping exporters meet international due-diligence rules like the EUDR while moving product to market faster. Sammuel backed the company through Ubuntu Capital as an investor and technical advisor, seeing it as critical infrastructure for keeping African producers in global supply chains. He works with the founders on product direction and access to markets.
